Immersed In Santa’s Secret In Chelsea

As someone who has never attended an all out burlesque event before, I was initially unsure about what to expect when my love insisted we go to Santa’s Secret Immersive Holiday Experience. From the moment we arrived, it became clear I was in for a delightful surprise that would change my perspective on holiday celebrations entirely.

Set in a beautifully transformed West Chelsea location, the event takes you on a whimsical journey through a stunning winter wonderland filled with eight unique interactive installations. Each installation is elaborately designed and offers a blend of cheeky holiday cheer—from naughty snow angels to Santa’s famous lumberjack, every corner held something captivating. The creative sets for the 2024 season added a fresh twist that made the experience even more special for returning guests.

I had the opportunity to meet Mary The Mother Of Jesus but it turns out she was a naughty dancer.

After navigating the immersive installations, we found ourselves stumbling into Santa’s secret speakeasy, a cozy venue where the festive spirit truly came to life. Here, we indulged in Christmas-themed cocktails that were as delicious as they were creative. One of the many highlights was the live five-piece band led by powerhouse vocalist Inyang Bassey, who brought a lively and joyous atmosphere with festive tunes that had everyone singing along.

Dining was another elevated experience, courtesy of Michelin-starred chef Richard Farnabe. The holiday-themed bites were exquisite, perfectly complementing the cocktails and setting a delightful culinary backdrop for the night.

But the real showstopper was the dazzling variety performance that followed. Hosted by the captivating Ice Queen, Shequida, the lineup included aerialists, burlesque acts, and ballet performances, each revealing one of Santa’s well-kept secrets with flair and creativity. The performances were not only entertaining but also added a sophisticated twist to the traditional holiday festivities, proving that Christmas isn’t just for kids.

There’s a story going on in these dances too. It’s not just sexy dance for the sake of a sexy dance, well, it’s that, but it’s a story of why sex was banned at the North Pole because of one the performers has a cocaine problem and ruined the fun for everyone. In truth everybody was so hot I don’t remember much, there may have been cocaine. That may have been snow or fake snow whatever it was it made the time better as it fell from the rafters.

Santa’s Secret is not just an event; it’s an enchanting adult playground that encourages guests to embrace a little holiday mischief and revelry. With ticket prices starting at $75, it’s well worth the investment for an unforgettable night out. I walked away feeling rejuvenated and more in tune with the holiday spirit than I ever thought possible. Produced by Voss, the production was top notch.

If you’re in New York City and looking for a unique way to celebrate the holiday season, I wholeheartedly recommend experiencing Santa’s Secret. It’s the perfect blend of whimsy, celebration, and adult fun that’s sure to leave you with unforgettable memories. Just like me, you might find that a little holiday mischief is exactly what you needed!
